Chief Creative Officer, John Riley

John Riley- Chief Creative Officer & VP

Overall the creative philosophy of O+R is a simple one.  We approach each project with it’s own unique direction and voice. Working closely with our clients we develop a     market appropriate, concept driven solution for each creative assignment. This approach facilitates an effective,  thought provoking, and involved experience for your
target audience.

I have been fortunate throughout my career to have the opportunity to work with Fortune 500 companies and one person start-ups. This experience has exposed me to a litany of creative and budget challenges. From executing a logo for a non-profit organization with a 500 dollar budget, to executing a 10 Million dollar nationwide marketing campaign; each challenge has been an experience that has allowed me to cultivate the creative philosophy of O+R.

Winning awards for creativity is not our goal. I won’t lie,
we love getting them, but the real reward is a client  returning for another project; because we delivered a successful, market appropriate design and execution.  We never lose sight of the fact that it’s our clients results that matter most.

As co-founder of O+R, I wanted to create a different kind of  agency.  Instead of hiding costs in vague terms like “Artistic Direction” I wanted to spell out what you were getting.

I believe first and foremost in being honest and upfront with our clients.  I also think it’s only right that you get unique design, great insights, and flawless execution from our    team.

I will be your main point of contact for day-to-day questions, not an intern who’s partially versed in marketing-speak.

I’ve worked for clients large and small- from Oral B, Heinz Ketchup, and Classico Pasta Sauce to my smaller clients selling software on a shoestring budget, I’ve seen many    different approaches to marketing and advertising.  I can help you find and execute what will work for you.
